CHINESE RICE

Ingredients

1. 2 cloves garlic
2. 1 pkg. green onions
3. 1 med. onion
4. 1 can chinese bean sprouts (optional)
5. 1 c. smoked ham, diced
6. 1 sm. bag shrimp, pre-cooked
7. 2 eggs, scrambled
8. 4 c. rice, cooked (1 c. per serving)
9. 1 T. soy sauce or to taste
10. salt and pepper to taste
     
                    

Method of preparation

1. Stir fry the garlic, green onions, onion, bean sprouts (if desired) in oil and simmer for 5 minutes. 
2. Add ham and shrimp. Add soy sauce and stir fry until shrimp and ham are brownish in color. Combine with scrambled eggs and cooked rice. 
3. Stir together and add extra soy sauce and salt and pepper as desired. 
4. Simmer for 5 minutes more; then serve.
